Client: HybeRestaurace Koloniál Prague, Czech Republic, Completion: June 2010 Original goal was to design a modern pub to express the brand Gambrinus. The proposal conects contemporary and classical style, which is put in the contrast. We wanted to show to the contemporary customer, that Gambrinus brand is modern and dynamic, but based on traditional and historical foundations. Visual design is based on simple and clear idea.We used a wide range of sources and thematic story is imprinted to the face of the interior like a story of brewing process.. Everything is simple and memorable. The space benefits from a pure beer color elements and elements directly related to the beer production. In the interior we created wall made of barley, stylized walls of brewery and brick chimney.
